Today, honestly, who tells their children to follow the man in the White House because he is a role model? An outstanding, honorable, person worthy of respect? A proven person of courage and dignity? An inspiring leader who earned his position by overcoming his life challenges, did his duty, served as a team member.
Who says, "Son/daughter, be like the man in the White House because, he is rock-solid when times get tough... the person who is there when needed. He always has his brothers' and sisters' back because he thinks of others before himself. Because he is a worthy leader, be like him."
Where is that person? He certainly does not currently occupy the White House. That man dishonors us all, no matter our color or ethnicity. Especially he dishonors our children and grandchildren.
A while back Terry Crews of America's Got Talent, summed it up when he described
Detroit Youth Choir Conductor Anthony T. White,
"All it takes is one person to believe in a young man or woman for them to reach their dreams... and you are that man, sir!"
